How to make it

  • Mix all these ingredients together at low speed.
  • Then turn mixer to high speed and mix for 15 minutes.
  • Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix.
  • Cut piece of brown paper to fit cookie sheet and grease slightly.
  • Place meringues on cookie sheet and bake at 250 to 300 for 22 minutes, or until light brown.
  • This makes 7 or 8 meringues.
