How to make it

  • Slice 1 inch from top of cake, remove and cut around sides of cake, hollow out center.
  • Mix nuts and cherries with ice cream, fill center of cake with ice mixture, replace cake top, on the outside ice with whipping cream tint green.
  • Freeze immediately.
