Squash Souffle

- 2 pounds yellow crook neck squash, cooked shopping list
- 5 Tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 2/3 cups milk shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoon all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Smash squash with potato masher and mix in melted butter set aside
- beat together all other ingredients and add squash to mixture
- pour into a greased 10 inch square baking dish
- bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees
