Chicken breasts doused in ranch dressing and covered with a coat of crushed Goldfish crackers. It is a sure kid pleaser.

Ingredients
  • 3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Split in half and filleted
  • 1/2 C. (more if needed) of Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 2 C. of Goldfish, crushed to a crumb consistency

Directions
  1. Dip all sides of each chicken breast in Ranch Dressing.
  2. Evenly coat with Goldfish crumbs.
  3. Place on cookie sheet and place in oven at 350 Degrees.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Take out of oven and flip each fillet over, being careful not to tear off any coating.
  6. Place back in to oven for 10 more minutes till cooked through.
  7. Serve with a tossed salad and your favorite vegetable.
