Crunchy Ranch Chicken

- 3 Boneless, skinless chicken Breasts, Split in half and filleted shopping list
- 1/2 C. (more if needed) of ranch salad dressing shopping list
- 2 C. of Goldfish, crushed to a crumb consistency shopping list
How to make it
- Dip all sides of each chicken breast in Ranch Dressing.
- Evenly coat with Goldfish crumbs.
- Place on cookie sheet and place in oven at 350 Degrees.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Take out of oven and flip each fillet over, being careful not to tear off any coating.
- Place back in to oven for 10 more minutes till cooked through.
- Serve with a tossed salad and your favorite vegetable.
