Apple Nugget Cake

APPLE NUGGET CAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Lynch Estate in Garland, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 3 cups chopped apples shopping list
- 1 cup white raisins shopping list
- 20 ounce can chunk pineapple well drained shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs then add oil and vanilla and beat well.
- Sift dry ingredients together then add to egg mixture and mix well.
- Stir in fruit and nuts.
- Pour into well greased tube pan then bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
- Cool in pan 30 minutes then remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
