How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 250 C
  • Combine dry ingridents in a large bowl.
  • Mix in dates and lemon rind.
  • In a small bowl, combine the banana, milk and lemon juice, then add to the flour mixture.
  • Mix together and knead lightly. Roll it out and cut into whatever shapes you want and place on a lightly floured baking tray.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Best eaten warm, straight from the oven.
