Ingredients

1 lb. rhubarb...cut in pieces

3/4 c. of sugar

1 tsp. nutmeg.....dash of salt

2 Tbsps. water

6 Tbsps. butter or margarine (melted)

1/2 c. of honey

5 slices of bread cut in cubes

Directions

Combine rhubarb, sugar, nutmeg, salt and water in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 baking dish.

Blend melted butter, honey and bread cubes....spoon over rhubarb.

Bake at 375 about 30 minutes or until topping is light golded brown.

Makes 6 servings.
