How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar in a large bowel till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sultanas and one handful of the cornflakes.
  • Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add enough milk to form cookie dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 190 C.
  • Put the slightly crushed cornflakes in a bowl (i just use the one i used for the flour mixture)
  • Shape dough into balls, slightly flatten and press into the crushed cornflakes (or make ONE MASSIVE COOKIE; see picture).
  • Bake for 15 minutes, till brown.
