Ingredients

170g butter, softened

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sultanas

1/8 cup milk

1 big handful cornflakes

4 handfuls cornflaked, extra, kinda crushed

Directions

Cream butter and sugar in a large bowel till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sultanas and one handful of the cornflakes.

Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add enough milk to form cookie dough.

Preheat the oven to 190 C.

Put the slightly crushed cornflakes in a bowl (i just use the one i used for the flour mixture)

Shape dough into balls, slightly flatten and press into the crushed cornflakes (or make ONE MASSIVE COOKIE; see picture).

Bake for 15 minutes, till brown.
