Mushroom Pork Chops

- 4 thick pork chops shopping list
- 2 potatoes sliced in 1cm circles( or any way you like as long as they are not thick slices or big cubes) shopping list
- 2 tbsp of oil shopping list
- 1 can of Campbell’s soup cream of mushroom shopping list
- 1 can of mushroom, or fresh (if you like lots of mushroom you may add as much as you like) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of milk shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- coriander for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil in a deep frying pan
- add chops
- brown on both sides
- add potatoes
- salt and pepper
- coat the potatoes well with the juices of the chops
- add the can of mushroom soup stir until dissolved
- add milk
- add mushrooms
- if frying pan can go in the oven place it in for about 30 minutes @ 350* or transfer in to an oven proof pot
- serve with white rice or top of noodles and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro
- enjoy!!
