These are a hit at partys. You could put in whatever cheese you like.

Ingredients
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 crumbled feta
  • 1 cup grated cheddar

Directions
  1. preheat over to 180C
  2. Brush 1 side of each sheet of puff pastry with egg, then sprinkle feta on one sheet, then sandwhich it with the other
  3. Put cheddar cheese on top and press into pastry. Cut into 2cm strips and twist. Cook until golden.
