I added a vegetable spin on this old recipe and it really worked out great. Very filling and easy to throw together

Ingredients
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • small jar of mushrooms
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Uncle Bens country vegetable rice
  • black pepper
  • Tony Sacheries seasoning

Directions
  1. cook chicken in evoo and a little pepper until done
  2. cook rice
  3. cut chicken into small pieces
  4. in a casserole dish mix chicken, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk, rice, pepper, and Tony Sacheries
  5. pop in oven at 375
  6. when its bubbly and your family is salivating, serve.
