Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs steak
  • 1 pound pork
  • 8 skewers
  • 2 eggs
  • salt an pepper
  • cracker plumbs

Directions
  1. put meat on skewers, alternating steak with pork . roll them in cracker crumbs and egg seasoned with salt and pepper. brown in fat in skillet. bake in 300 degree oven for about 1 hour, with lid on skillet , after they are cooked. remove lid and let cook for 10-15 minutes longer, untill a little dry. serves 6-8
