A truely original apple pie recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 c chopped apple
  • 2 c boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 c brown sugar

Directions
  1. Mix first six ingredients and pour into greased pie plate
  2. ix remaining ingredients and pour over apple mixture
  3. bake at 400 for 40 - 45 mins
