Not a tradiotional tiramisu, but who cares.. It's still yummy as heck!

Ingredients
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1 package sugar free instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 container mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup brewed vanilla nut coffee
  • 3 tablespoons Kaluha liquor
  • Chocolate syrup, chocolate shavings, freshly sliced strawberries, hazlenuts, macadamia nuts, basically whatever you want as a topping

Directions
  1. Mix together with hand mixer the pudding, 3 cups milk, the brewed coffee, and the cheese.
  2. Line a 9x13 deep dish with lady fingers.
  3. Drizzle the liquor over them.
  4. Spoon mixture over ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat that step 1 more time.
  6. Let set in fridge about an hour.
  7. Once it's set top with whatever you'd like.

This does sound good. Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts. I've got an easy recipe for a Mocha Tiramisu and Paula Deen has one that she made on her show called a Blueberry-Lime Tiramisu. She did hers in a 9 x 13 pan and I made mine in a 9" springform. I thought mine came out prettier. I've also done it with Raspberry Jam and Lime. YUM!

Alterations


Also, you can alter the amount of liquids you put in this. I just didn't want mine too thick, it all sets really well with what I have used.
