Ingredients
  • HERMITS
  • Christmas Muffins
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • Cream together and add:
  • 1 tsp. soda dissolved in 1 Tbsp. warm water
  • 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

Directions
  1. Pour in muffiin pans and fill half full.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
