How to make it

  • Blend together meat,egg,onion,salt.
  • form into medium size meatballs. (I take a bowl of warm water beside me to dip my fingers in to loosen the beef from my hand s in between forming)
  • cook on a baking pan until well browned.
  • drain off extra fat.
  • Combine chili sauce,jelly and lemon juice in a saute pan and stir occasionally while heating until you see bubbles.
  • pour over meatballs and serve.
  • Also make a great main course
