Ingredients
  • 2 C. cold milk
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 18 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
  • 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 6 maraschino cherries, optional

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  2. In 6 parfait glasses, alternate layers of pudding, wafer crumbs and whipped topping.
  3. Garnish with a cherry if desired.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.
