Butterscotch Parfaits

- 2 C. cold milk shopping list
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) instant butterscotch pudding mix shopping list
- 18 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed shopping list
- 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- 6 maraschino cherries, optional shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- In 6 parfait glasses, alternate layers of pudding, wafer crumbs and whipped topping.
- Garnish with a cherry if desired.
- Refrigerate until serving.
