How to make it

  • On the stovetop boil the cold water in a stainless steel kettle ( never aluminum).
  • meanwhile place the coffee grounds into an empty 20oz coffee press to-go mug.
  • after the water reaches a full rolling boil slowly pour the water into the mug over the grounds.
  • stir with a plastic spoon, and allow to steep for 4 minutes, then top it off with the strainer/plunger mechanism, slowly pushing the plunger to the bottom, spout facing away. If if meets resistance pull back 1" and then go again.
  • enjoy your day!
