How to make it

  • Beat whites of 3 eggs as for meringues, add 1/2 cup sugar.
  • Crumble 20 Ritz crackers with one cup pecans.
  • Fold into egg whites.
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Spoon into greased pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
