Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1 package (10 oz. about 40) regular marshmallows
  • - or -
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies®
  • - or -
  • 6 cups Ready-To-Eat Cereal Cocoa Krispies™
  • Prepared chocolate and orange frosting
  • Candy corn

Directions
  1. Trace your handprint onto a piece of sturdy paper or cardboard and cut out handprint pattern.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal.
  6. Stir until well coated.
  7. Using spatula coated with cooking spray or waxed paper, press mixture into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool slightly.
  8. Using the handprint pattern, cut around the pattern with knife. Decorate with frosting and candy corn as desired.
  9. Best if served same day.
  10. Microwave cooking times may vary.
  11. CONVENTIONAL DIRECTIONS:
  12. Follow step 1 above.
  13. For step 2, melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.
  14. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  15. Remove from heat.
  16. Follow steps 3 thru 5 above.
  17. 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme can be substituted for marshmallows.
