Jacks Ranch Chicken

This is a very easy and yummy way to cook chicken. My kids absolutely loved this the first time I made it and declared it a "keeper." This would also make an excellent baked potato meal topper.
Ingredients
- 4-5 chicken breasts, cut into strips (or use pre-cooked strips) shopping list
- Non-stick cooking spray shopping list
- 1/2 c. ranch salad dressing shopping list
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar-jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Spray skillet well with non-stick coating. Saute chicken strips (or omit this step if using pre-cooked strips) in pan until done.
- Place strips in 8x8 baking pan and top with dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Place pan in oven and broil on low until cheese is melted and bubbly.
