Jacks Ranch Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4-5 chicken breasts, cut into strips (or use pre-cooked strips)

Non-stick cooking spray

1/2 c. ranch salad dressing

6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

1/2 c. shredded cheddar-jack cheese

Directions

Spray skillet well with non-stick coating. Saute chicken strips (or omit this step if using pre-cooked strips) in pan until done.

Place strips in 8x8 baking pan and top with dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.

Place pan in oven and broil on low until cheese is melted and bubbly.
