How to make it

  • combine all marinade ingredients and mix well
  • cut spareribs into bitsize peices
  • place ribs in roasting dish
  • cover with marinade
  • if time allows, set aside for 1 hour
  • cook at 160 degrees for 45 - 60 mins basting every 15 mins and turning half way through.
  • Turn off oven and rest 15 mins
  • enjoy.
  • serve with lemon finger dip and napkins
