How to make it

  • 32 Graham Crackers crushed
  • ½ stick of melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • Combine ingredients and pat crumb mixture down into the bottom a 9 x 13 pan or dish.
  • *Save some cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top of cheese cake.
  • 1 large package of Philadelphia cream cheese - softened
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 can of Milnot milk (chilled)
  • 1 package of lemon Jello
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Dissolve Jello in one cup of boiling water.
  • Let sit until at room temperature.
  • In a separate bowl mix sugar with softened cream cheese (mixer.) Have Milnot milk chilled and whip milk until stiff.
  • Add Jello (cooled) slowly with blender on low, then cheese mixture and vanilla extract to whipped milk until smooth.
  • Pour over crumb crust and sprinkle remaining crumbs over cake and chill.
