How to make it

  • preheat oven to 180 lightly grease 2x 12 hole mini muffin tins line bases of tin with baking paper sprinkle the nut on bottom of lined tins
  • melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan stir over low heat until mixture is smooth. pour into a bowl and cool for 10 minutes.
  • stir in sugar and eggs,then flour and sour cream. spoon mixture into prepared tins and bake for 20 minutes once baked run a knife around the edge of the muffin to loosen and stand for 5 minutes before turning out onto wire rack for cooling
