mini dessert muffins

- 1/3 cup raw almonds slivered shopping list
- 80g butter shopping list
- 200g dark cooking chocolate shopping list
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup of plain flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup of sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 180 lightly grease 2x 12 hole mini muffin tins line bases of tin with baking paper sprinkle the nut on bottom of lined tins
- melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan stir over low heat until mixture is smooth. pour into a bowl and cool for 10 minutes.
- stir in sugar and eggs,then flour and sour cream. spoon mixture into prepared tins and bake for 20 minutes once baked run a knife around the edge of the muffin to loosen and stand for 5 minutes before turning out onto wire rack for cooling
