these little mouth size dessert treat are just delicious cross between a brownie and a rich chocolate muffin yum

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds slivered
  • 80g butter
  • 200g dark cooking chocolate
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup of plain flour
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 180 lightly grease 2x 12 hole mini muffin tins line bases of tin with baking paper sprinkle the nut on bottom of lined tins
  2. melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan stir over low heat until mixture is smooth. pour into a bowl and cool for 10 minutes.
  3. stir in sugar and eggs,then flour and sour cream. spoon mixture into prepared tins and bake for 20 minutes once baked run a knife around the edge of the muffin to loosen and stand for 5 minutes before turning out onto wire rack for cooling
