Ingredients
  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 zucchini, shredded
  • 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. BROWN meat in large skillet.
  2. ADD water, vegetables, spaghetti sauce and pasta. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  3. STIR in cheese just before serving.
  4. NOTE: Use a different bite-sized pasta shape for a different look.
