How to make it

  • Melt butter
  • Sift flour with Cocoa or Custard powder
  • In a mixing bowl stir flour, sugar, melted butter mix with wooden spoon.
  • Add milk and stir
  • Add lightly beaten eggs and stir to combine.
  • Pour into a lined 11" x 7" slab tin.
  • Bake in 180 deg C oven for 30minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when tested.
  • Leave to cool in tin 15 minues before turning out.
  • Cool completely then ice with Chocolate of Vanilla icing.
