Vanilla OR Chocolate Slab Cake

- 1 cup self-raising flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar (granulated) shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs...large shopping list
- 125 grams butter melted shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa OR shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons custard powder shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter
- Sift flour with Cocoa or Custard powder
- In a mixing bowl stir flour, sugar, melted butter mix with wooden spoon.
- Add milk and stir
- Add lightly beaten eggs and stir to combine.
- Pour into a lined 11" x 7" slab tin.
- Bake in 180 deg C oven for 30minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when tested.
- Leave to cool in tin 15 minues before turning out.
- Cool completely then ice with Chocolate of Vanilla icing.
