Apple Pecan Cheesecake

Wondeful cheesecake with apples and pecans.Easy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 11/2c honey Maid graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4c(1/2 stick) butter,melted shopping list
- 11/2c plus 2 Tbs packed brown sugar,divided shopping list
- 4pkg.(8oz each)cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1c sour cream shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 4c chopped peeled apples(about 3) shopping list
- 3/3c chopped pecans shopping list
- 1tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 325. Line 13x9" pan with foil. mix crumbs,butter and 2Tbs. sugar;press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 mins
- Beat cream cheese,1c sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add sour cream;blend. Add eggs,1 at a time,mixing on low speed after each just until blended..Pour over crust.
- Mix remaining 1/2c sugar,apples,pecans and cinnamon;spoon over batter.
- Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5min. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
