Oven Pancake

- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tbs sugar shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tbs butter shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- 3. Place butter in a 9 inch pie plate. Heat in oven until butter sizzles, about two to four minutes. Remove pan from oven and tilt to coat all over the pan.
- 4. Immediately pour the batter in to the hot coated pan.
- 5. Bake in the oven for about 15 to 18 minutes. The pancake should be puffed and golden brown.
- 6. Remove pancake from the oven and drizzle with jam. Serve immediately. Bon appetite!

fantastic pancake made these in Oklahome in the Pannekuekin restaraunt as a cook{Thanks} they were called Pannekuekins or {Dutch babies}
