How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 350 F (180 C). Spray tray with aerosol cooking spray (PAM).
  • Mix the angel cake box with the pineapple (throw away the juice) in a large recepient. Put the mix in the previous tray sprayed with the aerosol oil.
  • Bake during 20 min until knive comes out clean. After let the cake rest until cold.
  • Put the whipped cream and cover the cake. Add the coconout. Cover and refrigerate until it is ready to serve.
