Ingredients
  • 1 Angel Cake Food Mix
  • 1 can (8oz) of pineapple
  • 8 oz of light whipped topping, unfrozen
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) of toated coconout

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 350 F (180 C). Spray tray with aerosol cooking spray (PAM).
  2. Mix the angel cake box with the pineapple (throw away the juice) in a large recepient. Put the mix in the previous tray sprayed with the aerosol oil.
  3. Bake during 20 min until knive comes out clean. After let the cake rest until cold.
  4. Put the whipped cream and cover the cake. Add the coconout. Cover and refrigerate until it is ready to serve.
