Decadent chocolate made-in-a-mug cake

So easy a child can do it. However I don't suggest that you ever teach y our children to do this, if you do, they'll eat you out of house and home.
Ingredients
- 4 T flour not self-raising flour, just ordinary cake flour shopping list
- 4 T sugar shopping list
- 2 T cocoa shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 T milk shopping list
- 3 T oil shopping list
- splash of vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 3 ingredients together in a small bowl
- Add in the beaten egg and mix again
- Add last 3 ingredients and mix well
- Pour into a good sized coffee mug
- Bake in a 1000 w microwave on 'high' for 3 minutes
