So easy a child can do it. However I don't suggest that you ever teach y our children to do this, if you do, they'll eat you out of house and home.

Ingredients
  • 4 T flour not self-raising flour, just ordinary cake flour
  • 4 T sugar
  • 2 T cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T milk
  • 3 T oil
  • splash of vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Add in the beaten egg and mix again
  3. Add last 3 ingredients and mix well
  4. Pour into a good sized coffee mug
  5. Bake in a 1000 w microwave on 'high' for 3 minutes
