How to make it

  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the soybean spaghetti, and cook until tender ...about 5 minutes. Drain, and set aside.
  • Cut fresh vegs (tomatos, olives, ...) and add some olive oil and salt.
  • Cut and cook the other vegs (+ oil & garlic) until tender.
  • Mix and put all the ingredients into the serving dish.
