How to make it

  • Peel the peaches or drain the canned ones, I prefer the peaches unpeeled, then brush them with a soft brush and cut in halves.
  • Put the 8 halves in a cooking pan and add all other ingredients, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 15 min, if using canned 5 min will do.
  • Put peaches in a bowl and let the whine mixture cook on high heat, till left half or thickened.
  • Put the whine syrup over the peaches and serve warm or cold.
  • Very tasty with ice cream
