Baked Alaska Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- butter
- 1 lb thin sliced deli turkey breast
- 1 lb deli potato salad
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 heaping tbs Dijon Mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Butter bread on one side and place buttewred side down on baking sheet.
- Distribute sliced turkey on the bread
- Then mound each with some of the potato salad
- Beat whites with the salt till stiff and fold in mustard
- Frost the sandwich with the egg whites
- Baake watching carefully till browned and serve at once
- Yiedl 6 open faced sandwiches
