  • Distribute sliced turkey on the bread
  • Then mound each with some of the potato salad
  • Beat whites with the salt till stiff and fold in mustard
  • Frost the sandwich with the egg whites
  • Baake watching carefully till browned and serve at once
  • Yiedl 6 open faced sandwiches
