Wonderful fondue with raspberry liquor or whatever flavor you want. Serve with fruits and croissants or cookies.

Ingredients
  • 1c heavy cream
  • 1 8oz. bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate bar or 8 0z. bag of chocolate chips.
  • 2Tbs raspberry liquor(or use your favorite flavor of liquor)
  • Dippers:Sliced bananas,apples,strawberries,figs,warm mini croissants,fortune cookies,pieces of challah bread.

Directions
  1. Measure cream into a 4Qt. pyrex measuring cup or other microwave safe container. Add chocolate. Heat till creamis hot,about 2 mins. Whisk until chocolate melts,then whisk in liquor. Transfer to a bowl and serve with dippers.
