I was hungry for some tortilla chips and did not have any salsa so my friend gave me this recipe.

  • Recipe: .. or .. Reply:
  • * 1 cup sour cream
  • * 1 cup mayonnaise
  • * 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • * 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
  • * 1-2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • * 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of its juices
  • * 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped (can also use thawed frozen hearts) drained

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Place in shallow casserole dish.
  3. You can either bake dip about 15 to 20 minutes at 325°, or heat in microwave a few minutes.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips........
