Easy one dish meal with chicken and rice.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 2 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions
  1. Mix toghether onion soup, cream of mushrom soup, minute rice and boiling water.
  2. Place rice mixture in 9 x 13 pan
  3. Place chicken breast on top of rice mixture.
  4. Cover chicken with melted butter
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
