Chicken Gulai

- 1 1/2 litre of coconut milk shopping list
- 5 stem of fragrant grass, take only the white part, then bruise it shopping list
- 3 saffron leaf shopping list
- 8 small aromatic lemon leaf shopping list
- 2 inch ginger root, bruise it shopping list
- 1 1/2 chicken, divide it into 6 pieces, peel it skin shopping list
- 1 tbl spoon of vinegar shopping list

- Spices: shopping list
- 175 gr red chilli shopping list
- 20 pieces of shallots shopping list
- 10 clovesof garlic shopping list
- 3 inch of ginger shopping list
- 3 inch of saffron shopping list
- 50 gr nutmeg shopping list
- 3 tea spoon of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tbl spoon sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all spices and blend it well
- Pour coconut milk, blended spices, fragrant grass, saffron leaf, small aromatic lemon leaf, and ginger root into a pan. Cook it in a medium heat. Boil and stir it until its all half done.
- Put the chicken into the pan, cook it with the sauce until the chicken's meat soft and done. Then leak the chicken and put it away.
- Continue to cook the sauce until it thick. Then pour the vinegar into the sauce, stir it.
- Put the chicken back into the sauce. Stir it.
- Ready to serve, hope you all like it.
