This dish puts an exotic asian taste on the ordinary chicken flavour. Best serve with warm rice. My family dinner favorit!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 litre of coconut milk
  • 5 stem of fragrant grass, take only the white part, then bruise it
  • 3 saffron leaf
  • 8 small aromatic lemon leaf
  • 2 inch ginger root, bruise it
  • 1 1/2 chicken, divide it into 6 pieces, peel it skin
  • 1 tbl spoon of vinegar
  • =================
  • Spices:
  • 175 gr red chilli
  • 20 pieces of shallots
  • 10 clovesof garlic
  • 3 inch of ginger
  • 3 inch of saffron
  • 50 gr nutmeg
  • 3 tea spoon of salt
  • 1/2 tbl spoon sugar

Directions
  1. Mix all spices and blend it well
  2. Pour coconut milk, blended spices, fragrant grass, saffron leaf, small aromatic lemon leaf, and ginger root into a pan. Cook it in a medium heat. Boil and stir it until its all half done.
  3. Put the chicken into the pan, cook it with the sauce until the chicken's meat soft and done. Then leak the chicken and put it away.
  4. Continue to cook the sauce until it thick. Then pour the vinegar into the sauce, stir it.
  5. Put the chicken back into the sauce. Stir it.
  6. Ready to serve, hope you all like it.
