Chocolate Truffles

Perfect for the holidays or just about any time.
Ingredients
- chocolate Truffles shopping list
- ½ Cup unsalted butter shopping list
- 2 1/3 C confectioner’s sugar shopping list
- ½ C cocoa shopping list
- 1/4 cup heavy or whipping cream 1 1/2 teaspoon shopping list
- vanilla shopping list
- Centers: pecan, walnuts, whole almonds or after- shopping list
- dinner mints shopping list
- Coatings: coconut, crushed nuts,confectioners shopping list
- sugar shopping list
- Makes about 3 dozen truffles shopping list
- Cream butter in large mixer bowl. shopping list
- Combine 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar and the shopping list
- cocoa; add alternately with cream and vanilla to shopping list

- Blend well. Chill until firm. Shape small amount of shopping list
- mixture around desired center; roll into 1 inch balls. shopping list
- Drop into desired coating and turn until well shopping list
- covered. Chill until firm. shopping list
