East Java Noodle Aka Cwi Mie

- 800 gr wet noodle (or dry noodle then pour it with hot water, drain it well, and stir with a little bit of oil) shopping list
- lettuce leaf shopping list
- shallots fried shopping list
- garlic fried shopping list
- onion leaf, chopped shopping list

- chicken Sow: shopping list
- 650 gr of choped chicken meat shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic, mince shopping list
- 1/3 tea spoon crushed ginger shopping list
- 1 tbl spoon of oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 tea spoon sesame seed oil shopping list
- 2 tbl spoon oil shopping list
- 2 tea spoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tea spoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder shopping list
- 2 tbl spoon of fried garlic shopping list
- =================== shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- chicken bones shopping list
- 2 litre of water shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic, bruise it shopping list
- 3 1/2 tea spoon of salt shopping list
- 2 tea spoon sugar shopping list
- 2 stick of onion leaf, cut it to 1/2 inch long shopping list
- 300 gr of meat balls shopping list
How to make it
- Chicken Sow:
- Heat the oil & sesame seed oil, then cook the garlic and ginger until it's fragrance appear
- Put the chicken, stir it until it stiff & the color turn to white
- Add rest of ingridients into the pan (except the fried garlic)
- Cook until it's all done. Take them up.
- Crushed the chicken sow and fried garlic using food processor, until it flakes.

- Sauce:
- Boil chicken bones with water in a small heat for 3 hours
- Filter the sauce, then add more water until it 2 litre size
- Put in garlic and onion leaf into the sauce, and cook until boiling
- Add salt, sugar, and meat balls. Cook until it done.

- How to Serve:
- Put the lettuce and the noodle into the bowl
- Then put the chicken sow on top of the noodle
- Pour the sauce onto it
- Last, add fried garlic, fried shallots, and onion leaf

Hai maigo! The chicken is delicious, I use to eat it at Hot CMM restaurant at Jakarta, but I think this recipe taste better.. I add some flour in the chicken sow, in order to add crispiness flavor. Hi 5
