Ingredients

pork roast good size, sour krout,about 5 jars,milk, butter to taste salt,pepper,to taste.potatoes about 5lbs.

Directions

get a good size pork roast wash off .put in a pot to boil untill the meat falls off of the bone then you open all of your sour krout drain,then put in with the pork cook together.while thats cooking peel your potatoes cut into large wedges rinse them off.put them back into the pot and bring to a boil add salt to the water while they are cooking.by the time the potatoes are soft drain and mash the potatoes add yoour milk,butter, and salt and pepper to taste.whenyou get them done,every thing else will be done as well then you put the pork and sour krout over the mashed potatoes and enjoy with your choice of bread.remember you dont have to cook every thing on high heat start off on high untill it starts to boil then back off and slow cooking is better..very good on a cold day.
