Ingredients
  • 5tbl s sunflower oil
  • 2 tbl s mustard seed
  • 1 tbls Methi seeds (Fenugreek seeds)
  • curry leaves
  • sliced chili
  • big knob of ginger grated
  • 3 onions chopped
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tin tomatoes pulsed
  • 1 small glass water
  • 1 tin coconut milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Directions
  1. In little oil and med heat cook the seeds and chili
  2. gently cook for a few min
  3. add onion, ginger to cooked out spices
  4. brown
  5. add curry leaves and rest of ing
  6. gently simmer for 5-10 min
  7. keeps for a week in the fridge
  8. the longer you keep it the better it tastes

I love curries, and have never made. The ingred. "curry leaves", is it sold loose? are their different kinds? what's your preference?
