How to make it

  • In little oil and med heat cook the seeds and chili
  • gently cook for a few min
  • add onion, ginger to cooked out spices
  • brown
  • add curry leaves and rest of ing
  • gently simmer for 5-10 min
  • keeps for a week in the fridge
  • the longer you keep it the better it tastes

    I love curries, and have never made. The ingred. "curry leaves", is it sold loose? are their different kinds? what's your preference?
