- 5tbl s sunflower oil shopping list
- 2 tbl s mustard seed shopping list
- 1 tbls Methi seeds (fenugreek seeds) shopping list
- curry leaves shopping list
- sliced chili shopping list
- big knob of ginger grated shopping list
- 3 onions chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp tumeric shopping list
- 1 tin tomatoes pulsed shopping list
- 1 small glass water shopping list
- 1 tin coconut milk shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In little oil and med heat cook the seeds and chili
- gently cook for a few min
- add onion, ginger to cooked out spices
- brown
- add curry leaves and rest of ing
- gently simmer for 5-10 min
- keeps for a week in the fridge
- the longer you keep it the better it tastes
