My creation .... Dis goes well with any flavoured rice . When you are short of yogurt to prepare raita .... this is the one for you !!!

Ingredients
  • 1 can pineapple rings , squeezed with abit pressure and drained
  • 1 big onion , diced
  • 1 almost ripen big tomato , diced
  • 1 big red chilli , seed removed sliced chunk
  • Dash of BLACK pepper

Directions
  1. Slice the pineapple rings big .
  2. Throw into the salad bowl along with everything else.
  3. Chill until served .
