I got tired of the usual tomato based seafood sauce and don't like to entertain in summer using mayo, so I came up up with this as a nice refreshing dip.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp Lime Zest
  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 1 Tbs Oil
  • 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
  • Options
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated
  • pinch Hot Pepper Flakes

Directions
  1. Combine all ingreds and drizzle over your favorite salad greens OR
  2. Add options and use as a dip for spring rolls or seafood
