Lemonade Cake

- 1 box lemon jell-o shopping list
- 3/4 cup hot water shopping list
- 1 box Pillsbury Moist Supreme lemon cake mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 small can lemonade, thawed shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl mix jell-o with hot water and cool about 2 minutes in the refrigerator. Add cake mix to jell-o mixture. Add Crisco oil and eggs. Mix well. Bake in greased tube pan approximately 45 minutes. Cool cake approximately 2 to 5 minutes. Invert cake onto plate. Pour one half of the topping (see below) slowly over warm cake, allowing absorption. Turn cake right side up and pour remaining topping slowly over cake. (Can aid the absorption process by placing small holes in the cake with fork or toothpick).
- Topping:
- Mix lemonade and sugar together in small bowl.
