Ingredients

8 medium carrots pared and cut into 1” pieces

20 ounce can pie sliced apples drained

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons butter

Paprika

Directions

Cook carrots in boiling salted water until tender.

Combine carrots and apples then pour into a pie plate.

Sprinkle with sugar then dot with butter.

Sprinkle carrots and apples with paprika then bake at 350 for 1 hour.
