Creamy Yellow Squash Casserole

- 3 pounds yellow squash sliced shopping list
- 2 medium white onions chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1-1/2 pints sour cream shopping list
- 1 package stuffing mix shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
How to make it
- Boil squash and onions together with salt until tender in water to cover.
- While vegetables are boiling mix together soup and sour cream.
- Drain vegetables and gently fold them into mixture then spread in rectangular pan.
- Melt butter in a medium bowl then blend with the stuffing.
- Top squash mixture with stuffing and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
