How to make it

  • Boil squash and onions together with salt until tender in water to cover.
  • While vegetables are boiling mix together soup and sour cream.
  • Drain vegetables and gently fold them into mixture then spread in rectangular pan.
  • Melt butter in a medium bowl then blend with the stuffing.
  • Top squash mixture with stuffing and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
