This recipe is always a hit at any party or gathering I've taken it to.

Ingredients
  • 8oz Cream Cheese (soft)
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/4 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
  • Generous amount Grated Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 small cans sliced Black Olives
  • Diced Fresh Jalapenos to spice desire

Directions
  1. combine cream cheese and sour cream and spead in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan
  2. brown burger and add taco season spread on top of previous step
  3. add tomatoes, onion, and bell peppers on top of previous step
  4. add cheese on top of previous step
  5. add olives and jalapenos on top
  6. bake 1 hour at 350F
