Pepperoni Pasta Salad

- 12 oz package tricolor rotini noodles shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, cubed (about 8 oz) shopping list
- 4 oz sliced pepperoni shopping list
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Italian vinegar & oil dressing base shopping list
- 1 Tsp Italian herb mix shopping list
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 Tbsp water shopping list
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. In small bowl, mix the dressing base, herb mix and garlic with water and let sit 5 minutes. When the pasta is done, drain and rinse briefly. Add onion, olives, cheese, pepperoni, peas, salt, and pepper to the pasta. For the dressing, mix the spices with the oil and vinegar. Whisk well. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
