How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine milk, pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices. Beat until well blended. Set aside.
  • Whip cream until stiff. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Splenda, and vanilla extract. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • To assemble, spoon 2 Tbsp pumpkin mixture into parfait or small wine glasses. Add 1 Tbsp cream cheese/whipped cream mixture and 1/2 Tbsp pecans. Repeat once.
