Lemony Gingered Flank Steak

- 1-1/2 pounds flank steak shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger root shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Trim fat from flank steak then cut both sides of beef into diamond pattern 1/8” deep.
- Place in shallow glass or plastic dish then mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours turning occasionally.
- Set oven control to broil then spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.
- Remove beef from marinade and reserve marinade then place beef on rack in broiler pan.
- Broil with top 3” from heat 14 minutes turning once and brushing frequently with marinade.
- Cut diagonally into thin slices after allowing to rest 5 minutes.
